Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je “Analiza utjecaja parametara injekcijskog prešanja na mehanička svojstva linije spajanja”. U sklopu rada bilo je potrebno detaljno razraditi proces injekcijskog prešanja te utjecaj njegovih najvažnijih parametara, kako u teoriji tako i u praksi. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je teorijski dio injekcijskog prešanja, sa posebnim naglaskom na njegove najvažnije parametre. Zatim su opisani kalup i ispitno tijelo, oboje prema ISO normama. Na koncu teorijskog dijela, obrazloženi su postupci ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava. Drugi dio temelji se na praktičnom dijelu, odnosno na ispitivanju utjecaja najvažnijih parametara injekcijskog prešanja na rasteznu čvrstoću linije spajanja. Za potrebe rada korištena je injekcijska ubrizgavalica proizvođača Arburg, temperiralo proizvođača Regloplas te kidalica proizvođača WPM. Kao medij za temperiranje odabrano je ulje, a korišteni polimerni materijal je bio PP (polipropilen). Na kraju, računalnom analizom dobio se prikaz ovisnosti rastezne čvrstoće linije spajanja o temperaturi taljevine te vremenu naknadnog tlaka.

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is “Analysis of influence of injection moulding parameters on welded line mechanical properties”. Within the thesis it was needed to elaborate in detail the proces of injection moulding and its most significant parameters, both in theory and in practice. In the first segment of this thesis, the theoretical part of injection moulding was described, with a particulary focus on its most significant parameters. Then, the mould and the test speciments were described, both according to ISO standards . At the end of the theoretical part of the thesis, testing procedures of mechanical properties were explained. The second part is based on practical work, primarily on testing the influence of injection moulding parameters on welded line tensile strenght. For testing purposes, an injection molding machine manufactured by Arburg, temperature controller manufactured by Regloplas and a tensile strenght testing machine manufactured by WPM were used. Oil was chosen as a medium for tempering, and the used polymer material was PP (polypropylene). In the end, computer analysis showed the dependence of welded line thensile strenght to melt temperature and time of subsequent pressure.
