Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada je smanjenje vršne potrošnje tehnološke pare kod šaržnih industrijskih procesa. Posljedica smanjenja vršne potrošnje je smanjenje troškova zakupa snage u slučaju opskrbe tehnološkom parom od vanjskog dobavljača. Kao podloga za analizu mogućih načina smanjenja vršnog opterećenja poslužilo je realno postrojenje za proces bojanja konca budući da je to tipičan šaržni proces s diskontinuiranom potrošnjom pare. Provedena je analiza potrošnje pare na osnovu koje je uspoređeno nekoliko mogućnosti za smanjenje vršne potrošnje. Razmotrene su mogućnosti reorganizacije tehnološkog procesa, ugradnje akumulatora pare i električnog vršnog kotla za pokrivanje vršnih opterećenja te mogućnost pokrivanja baznog opterećenja kogeneracijom na bazi plinskih motora u kombinaciji s akumulatorom pare za pokrivanje vršne potrošnje. U svrhu evaluacije scenarija napravljena je tehno-ekonomska analiza svakog scenarija. U analizi scenarija s akumulatorom pare su korišteni matematički modeli punjenja i pražnjenja akumulatora pare izrađeni u SIMULINK-u. Na kraju je pomoću matematičkog modela dimenzioniran akumulator za promatrano postrojenje te je izrađen proračun i nacrtan odgovarajući nacrt akumulatora.

Abstract

The subject of this master thesis is covering peak demands of process steam in batch industrial processes. Lowering peak demands results in reduced energy supply costs by an external supplier. As a basis for an analysis of reducing the peak demands, the real yarn dying process industry was used since it is a typical batch process with discontinuous steam consumption. Possibilities which were considered include reorganization of the technological process, installation of a steam accumulator and electric boiler to cover peak demands and covering base demands with cogeneration based on internal combustion engines combined with a steam accumulator for covering peak demands. In order to evaluate these scenarios, techno-economic analysis of each scenario was performed. A mathematical model of a steam accumulator for charging and discharging was made in SIMULINK-in and then used for scenario analysis. In the end, a steam accumulator was dimensioned based on data from mathematical model results. Design and a layout were also made.
