Abstract (Croatian)

U teroretskom dijelu rada opisan je MAG proces zavarivanja od razvoja samog procesa, preko parametara,načina prijenosa metala, zaštitnih plinova i na kraju dodatnih materijala. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na primjenu zaštitnih plinova ovisno o načinu prijenosa metala u električnom luku te na dodatne materijale ovisno o zaštitnom plinu/mješavini i osnovnom materijalu kod kojeg se primjenjuju. Nakon teoretskog dijela rada usljedio je eksperimentalni. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada na spoju zavarenom MAG postupkom zavarivanja provedena su ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava te su rezultati uspoređeni sa deklariranim svojstvima i specifikacijama proizvođača. Ispitivanja obavljena u sklopu eksperimentalnog dijela rada su: ispitivanje savijanjem, statičko vlačno ispitivanje, ispitivanje makrostrukture zavarenog spoja i ispitivanje udarnog rada loma.

Abstract

In the theoretical part of this work MAG welding procedure is described from the development of the same, thru parameters, metal transfer modes, shielding gases and, on the end, filler materials. Special emphasis is applied on usage of shielding gases depending on the method of metal transfer and on filler materials depending on the shielding gases/mixtures and the base materials. After theoretical part, an experimental work was carried out. In experimental part of this work mechanical properties tests were performed on joint welded by MAG welding procedure and results were compared with declared properties and manufacturer's specifications. Mechanical properties tests carried out in experimental part of this work are: bend testing, tensile testing, macrostructure of welded joint testing and impact toughness testing.
