Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog rada je projektirati ventilaciju prostorije za metalizaciju. S obzirom na moguću otrovnost i eksplozivnost metala s kojim se radi, potrebno je riješiti sve tehničke i sigurnosne zahtjeve. Uz pomoć transportno-ventilacijskog sustava potrebno je odvesti problematične čestice i primjereno ih odvojiti te filtrirati. Zrak se ne vraća u sustav zbog neprikladnih mirisa i otrovnosti, a rekuperacija energije nije potrebna s obzirom da se prostorija nalazi u podneblju s prihvatljivom temperaturom okoline.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to design ventilation line for metallization room. Given the possible toxicity and explosiveness of metal which is in process, it is necessary to solve all the technical and safety requirements. With the help of transport and ventilation system it is necessary to remove the problematic particles and separate them, then filter the used air appropriately. The air is not returned to the system due to unsuitable odour and toxicity, and energy recovery is not needed because the climate of the given location has acceptable environment temperature.
