Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su opisane osnovne smjernice razvoja polimernih otpreska postupkom injekcijskog prešanja. Opisano je kako se na temelju određene sistematike razvoja proizvoda, istraživanjem tržišta, propisuju osnovni zahtjevi koje proizvod mora ispuniti. Tek analizom tih zahtjeva konstruktor može početi planiranje proizvoda i osmišljavanje koncepata te njihovu daljnju razradu. Marketinška istraživanja su također bitan čimbenik koje je potrebno izvršiti da bi se osigurao daljnji uspjeh. Naime, imati dobar proizvoda samo po sebi nije dovoljno, treba se osigurati da kupac, korisnik, ulagači imaju čim bolju informaciju o proizvodu. Gledano s tehničkog stajališta, konstruiranje zauzima središnje mjesto u razvoju injekcijski prešanih polimernih tvorevina. Pristup razvoju i konstruiranju proizvoda sa stajališta njegove funkcije, proizvodnje i tehničke uporabe (uporabna svojstva npr. čvrstoća, žilavost...) naziva se tehnologično konstruiranje. S druge je strane tehnologijsko konstruiranje širi pojam, kojim se podrazumijevaju razvoj i konstruiranje proizvoda sa stajališta njegove tehničnosti, gospodarstvenosti i sociologičnosti. Središnju fazu konstruiranja karakterizira visoka povezanost triju aktivnosti: oblikovanja, dimenzioniranja i izbora materijala. Završne aktivnosti konstruiranja sastoje se od analize trajnosti i pouzdanosti otpreska te procjene ukupnih troškova. Rad konstruktora treba konačno biti crtež otpreska popraćen listom otpreska, obrascem koji sadrži sve nužne podatke za ispravno projektiranje kalupa. U praktičnom dijelu zadatka razvijeno je kućište kartuše posebnog ljepila koje će se proizvoditi injekcijskim prešanjem. Opisani su zahtjevi koji su postavljeni na otpresak, izbor materijala, oblikovanje kućišta, te su napravljene simulacije popunjavanja kalupne šupljine i hlađenja otpreska. Softveri koji su korišteni prilikom izrade ovog rada su: SolidWorks 2014, koji je korišten za modeliranje, oblikovanje otpreska i tehnička dokumentacija, te Moldflow pomoću kojeg su napravljene simulacije.

Abstract

This thesis addresses the product development guidelinesby injection moulding process. It is described how on the basis of a certain scheme of product development, market research, basic requirements that products must meet are provided. Only after the analysis of these requirements the designer can begin planning of the product and design concepts as well as their further development. Market research is also an important factor that needs to be performed to ensure continued success. Namely, it is not enough to have a good product, the customer, the user and investors should have the best possible information about the product. From a technical point of view, design takes the center stage in the development of injection moulding polymer products. Approach to development and product design from the standpoint of its functions, production and technical use (performance characteristics, e.g. strength, ...) is called a technological designing. On the other hand, technological design is a broader concept, which includes the development and design of products from the standpoint of technology, economy and sociology. The central phase of design is characterized by high correlation of the three activities: design, dimensiong and selection of material. Final design activities consist of the analysis of the durability and reliability of products and estimation of the total cost. The final result of a designer should be a drawing of the product accompanied by a list of parts, a form containing all the necessary information to properly design the mould. In the practical part, housing of a cartridge for a special glue was developed that will be produced by injection moulding. The requirements that are placed on the moulded part, material selection, design of the housing were described, the simulation of filling of the mould cavity and cooling of the moulded part was performed. Softwares that were used during the preparation of this work are: SolidWorks 2014, which was used for modeling, designing of the moulded part and technical documentation, and Moldflow by which simulations are made. At the end of this work technical documentation i attached.
