Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisan MAG postupak zavarivanja te su opisani načini prijenosa metala u električnom luku pri MAG zavarivanju. Posebno je opisan princip rada, dinamičke karakteristike i izvor struje kod MAG CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) načina prijenosa metala. Uspoređen je konvencionalni način prijenosa metala kratkim spojevima i CBT način prijenosa sa stanovišta zaštitnih plinova, dodatnih materijala i same primjene. Nakon obrade teorijskog dijela, izveden je eksperimentalni rad. U eksperimentalnom dijelu, koji je izveden u Labaratoriju za zavarivanje, Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje, Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, izvršeno je određivanje raspona prijenosa metala kratkim spojevima u okviru MAG CBT zavarivanja za čisti CO2 te za mješavinu Ar 82% / CO2 18%. Tijekom izvođenja rada definiran je kritični prag pri kojem CBT način prijenosa metala postaje nestabilan i dolazi do pojave štrcanja te je uspoređen s konvencionalnim prijenosom metala.

Abstract

In this paper MAG welding procedure is defined and metal transfer modes in electric arc are described. Especially is presented working principle, external characteristic and power source of MAG CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) metal transfer method. CBT method is compared to conventional short circuit transfer from the point of shielding gas, welding materials and the application. After processing the theoretical part, experimental work is performed. In experimental part, which was performed in Laboratory for welding, Faculty of mechanical engineering and naval architecture, University of Zagreb, determining the transmission range of short cicuit MAG CBT transfer was carried out for pure CO2 and for mixture of 82% Ar / 18% CO2. During the execution of the work, the critical limit at which the CBT metal transfer becomes unstable and spatter occurs is defined and compared with conventional metal transfer.
