Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu će prvo biti opisan procesni pristup poduzeću, zatim slijedi kratki uvod u Lean menadžment i vrste gubitaka koji nastaju u proizvodnji ali naglasak je na Lean alatima koji su detaljno opisani u radu. Najmanje dva alata vitkog menadžmenta od kojih jedan mora biti 5S bilo je potrebno primjeniti na proizvoljno odabranom poduzeću koje je u ovom slučaju bila tvrtka HSTec iz Zadra. Opisano je i slikama prikazano stanje prije, za vrijeme i nakon uvođenja 5S metode te prikazane procjenjene postignute uštede. Drugi primjenjeni alat je VSM (Value Stream Mapping) odnosno mapiranje toka vrijednosti koji omogućuje vizualizaciju toka vrijednosti tj. uvid u tok materijala i tok informacija. Mapa toka vrjednosti je izrađena za jednu familiju proizvoda pri čemu je prvo izrađena mapa sadašnjeg stanja a na temelju te mape i predloženih poboljšanja i mapa budućeg stanja. Također su date procjene postignute uštede pomoću izračuna efikasnosti ciklusa i sistematizirani gubici u procesu izrade prednjeg ležaja.

Abstract

This paper first describes process approach to company, followed by a brief introduction to Lean management and forms of waste that arise in the production but the emphasis is on Lean tools that are described in detail. At least two tools of Lean management, of which one was 5S,is applied to the arbitrarily selected company which is in this case a company HSTec from Zadar. The condition before, during and after the introduction of the 5S method and the estimated saving aredescribed and shown in pictures. The second tool applied is VSM (Value Stream Mapping) wich enables to visualize the flow of values ie. access to material flow and information flow. Value Stream Map is made for a family of products with the first map made for the current state, and based on that map and proposed improvements future state map was made. Also, estimated savings are provided by calculating the efficiency of the cycle and systematic losses in the process of making front bearing retainer.
