Abstract (Croatian)

U ovome radu, u okviru projekta pod nazivom Razvoj i poboljšanje ispušnog sustava plinskih turbina (eng. To deformiranje uzrokuje nastanak zaostalih naprezanja zbog kojih dolazi do prednapinjanja ljuske, tj. preddeformacije prije zavarivanja.

Abstract

In this paper work, within the project named Gas Turbine Exhaust System Enchased Design, which is carried out in cooperation Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Arhitecture and Alstom company from Karlovac, it is given a calculation of gas turbine GT26 casing, whose main characteristics are a higher degree of efficiency at partial load enviroment with exhaust gases. For given model was carried out modeling and computer simulation of deformation processes of construction parts of gas turbine case made by Alstom company. Calculation was first carried out for a simple construction (rectangular plate) analytical and then numerically in the softwer package Abaqus/Standard. There was made a verification of finite elements using 3D rectangular finite elements and then using shell finite elements. Following numerical analysis of the gas turbine GT26 casing was also carried out in softwer package Abaqus/Standard. Because of the symmetry conditions, there was analyzed only tenth liner. To achieve a better positioning of the liner before welding and to obtain the best possible cylindricity of shell after welding, shell comes to its deformation. This deformation causes the formation of residual stresses which occur due to prestressing shell, which means predeformation before welding. The measured displacements which occur after predeforming were obtained from Alstom company. On the basis of those displacements work load by shell were given. Loads were first given on the surfaces of a shell and then by her length in the circular direction.
