Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu opisan je TIG postupak zavarivanja, te su analizirane sve opcije automatizacije i robotizacije postupka. S posebnim naglaskom je analizirana modernizirana varijanta TIG postupka zavarivanja uz primjenu automatskog dodavanja žice, tj. TIP TIG postupak. Prikazane su prednosti i mane koji se javljaju, oprema i vrste TIP TIG postupka te su dani primjeri iz industrijske proizvodnje. Također u teorijskom dijelu je obrađena robotizacija zavarivanja, konfiguracija robotske stanice za zavarivanje, načini programiranja robota za zavarivanje te je opisana primjena senzora za korekciju putanje zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada na robotskoj stanici OTC Almega AXV6 na odgovarajućem osnovnom materijalu je izrađen program te je dan prikaz zadavanja parametara na robotskoj stanici za TIG navarivanje bez dodatnog materijala.

Abstract

This paper describes the TIG welding process and analyzes all options of process automatization and robotization. With special focus was analyzed modernized variant of TIG welding proces with the use of automatic wire feed, ie. TIP TIG. There are shown advantages and disadvantages that arise, equipment and types TIP TIG process, as well as examples from industrial production. Also theoretical part deals with robotization of welding, the configuration of robotic welding cell, programming robots for welding, and also the use of sensors for trajectory correction welding is described. In the experimental part of this paper at the robotic cell OTC Almega AXV6 was created a program for facing on the appropriate base material, and it is also given an overview of setting parameters on the robotic station for TIG welding on without additional material.
