Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu konstruiran je stroj za usitnjavanje biootpada. Usitnjavanje se provodi na sljedeći način. Nakon sakupljene određene mase biootpada, masa se ubacuje u stroj kojeg pogoni elektromotor. Noževi koji se nalaze na vratilu potom usitnjavanju biootpad i tako nastaje usitnjena smjesa biootpada. Smjesa se skuplja ispod stroja u posudi koja je već predviđena za skupljanje usitnjenog biootpada. U tu smjesu se naknadno dodaje voda da bi se omogućila anaerobna razgradnja i fermentacija te naknadno dobivanje metana i visokokvalitetnog bio gnojiva.
Abstract
In this paper a machine for bi owaste shredding was designed. Shredding is conducted on the following way. After the certain amount of bio waste mass is collected, that mass is thrown in the machine which is powered by electro motor. The knives which are placed on the shaft shredd the bio waste and that is the way the shredded mixture of bio waste is being made. That mixture is gathered beneath the machine in a container which is already prepared for gathering the shredded bio waste. Water is added to the mixture afterwards to enable anaerob dissolving, fermentation and subsequent methane and high quality bio-fertilizer gain.
