Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je obrađena tehnoekonomska analiza proizvodnje biciklističkog okvira na osnovu tehničke dokumentacije, koja je izrađena na temelju definicija osnovnih dimenzija biciklističkog okvira tvrtke Cannondale. Navedeni proizvod je izabran kao tema završnog rada, jer omogućuje izradu plana proizvodnje koristeći tehnologije koje se najčešće primjenjuju u proizvodnji kompozitnih tvorevina. Kao tehnologije kojima je najpogodnije izraditi biciklistički okvir od kompozitnih materijala, izabrane su injekcijsko prešanje smola (RTM postupak), te proizvodnja u autoklavu. Objašnjene su karakteristike tih tehnologija, i opisane su karakteristike materijala i opreme koju je potrebno koristiti pri proizvodnji. Biciklistički okvir se konstruirao u računalnom paketu Rhino, te se izveo statički proračun čvrstoće metodom konačnih elemenata. U radu su definirani uzroci pojedinih proizvodnih troškova, te su opisani načini na koje se upravlja troškovima u proizvodnji. Usporedbom proizvodnje u autoklavu i RTM postupka zaključuje se da je proizvodnja RTM postupkom kompliciranija, potrebno je raditi s tekućom smolom i prethodno pripremati slojeve ojačala i kalupe. RTM postupak ima veći godišnji trošak proizvodnje, jer je potrebno više proizvodnih operacija u pripremi slojeva i kalupa. Proizvodnja u autoklavu ubrzava proces pripreme slojeva ojačala, te osigurava proizvode identičnih mehanička svojstva. Proizvodnja u autoklavu je pouzdanija i manja je vjerojatnost nastajanja škarta.

Abstract

This paper deals with the techno-economic analysis of the production of bicycle frame on the basis of technical documentation, which was based on the definition of the basic dimensions of bike frames from Cannondale company. The product of bicycle frame has been chosen as the theme of the final paper, because it enables the creation of production schedules using technologies that are commonly used in the manufacture of composite formation. As a technologies which are best suited to manufacture bicycle frame made of composite materials, were selected resin transfer molding (RTM process), and production in an autoclave. There are explained the characteristics of these technologies, and described the characteristics of the materials and equipment which are used in production. Bicycle frame is constructed in a computer package Rhino, and there is performed static strength calculation by finite element method. The paper defines the causes of certain production costs, and describes ways in which to manage the cost of production. A comparison of production in an autoclave and RTM process is revealed that the production using the RTM process is more complicated, it is necessary to work with liquid resin and a previously prepared layers of fibers and molds. RTM process has a higher annual cost of production, because it takes more production operations in preparation of layers and molds. Production in the autoclave accelerates the process of preparing layers of fibers, and provides products with identical mechanical properties. Production in the autoclave is more reliable and there is less probability of appearance scrap.
