Abstract (Croatian)

Magistarski rad, nakon uvodnog slova o planiranju kao i povijesnog razvoja metoda i tehnika planiranja, analizira postojeće sustave za planiranje projekata i terminiranje proizvodnje. Na osnovu analize došli smo do spoznaje o međusobnoj nepovezanosti ta dva nivoa, odnosno, uočeno je nepostojanje veza među pripadajućih planova za pojedinačnu proizvodnju i termina izrade elemenata u svrhu zadovoljenja gornjih planova, kako bi se iz rokova plana projekta automatski dobili rokovi proizvodnje i/ili nabavke dijelova, trgovačke i uvozne robe i kooperacije. Na temelju takve analize razvijen je model prioriteta koji služi kao ulaz u komunikacijski modul (KOMOD). Razvijen je u Microsoft Access-u sa ciljem povezivanja sustava planiranja i terminiranja. Razvijeni model je implementiran i verificiran na računalu.

Abstract

In addition to the introduction word comprising planning, as also historical development of planning methods and techniques, this Master's Work analyzes the existing systems for projekt planning and production scheduling. By the analysis it became known that these two levels are reciprocally unconnected, that means, that no connection exists between relevant plans for single production and terms for finishing of units aimed to meet the above plans, so that the terms for production and/or purchasing of parts, commercial and imported goods and cooperations could be get automatically from terms specified in project plan. On the base of such analysis a model of priorities has been developed and used as input for a communication module (KOMOD) developed in Microsoft Access for interconnecting of planning and scheduling systems. The developed model has been implemented and verified by the computer.
