Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu je opisana primjena manipulatora u procesu injekcijskog prešanja polimera. Cilj rada je dobivanje pregleda prednosti korištenja manipulatora ili robotskih sustava kako bi se ciklički proces injekcijskog prešanja ubrzao, optimirao i učinio što učinkovitijim. Uvođenjem manipulatora u proces injekcijskog prešanja taj se proces toliko automatizira, da se nakon puštanja u pogon izbjegavaju ljudske pogreške i zastoji u radu. Daljnjom analizom zadaća fleksibilnih manipulatora dolazi se do novih primjera primjene i optimiranja vremena njihovog odvijanja.
Abstract
In this work it is described the application of robots in injection moulding of polymers process. The aim of work is to review the advantages of using manipulators or robots systems for cyclic process of injection molding to be more accelerated, optimized and more effective. Introducing robots into the process of injection molding that automates the process so that after the commissioning human errors and delays in the work can be avoid. Further analysis of tasks for flexible manipulators leads to the new examples of the application and optimization of their time sequences.
