Abstract (Croatian)

Zadaća ovog rada je ponuditi rješenje za bežični nadzor i upravljanje industrijskim procesima, odnosno regulatorima i pokazivačima koji podržavaju Modbus RTU protokol preko RS-485 i Modbus TCP preko Ethernet mreže. Napravljen je uređaj temeljen na minijaturnom i jeftinom računalu Raspberry Pi na kojem se nalazi web aplikacija, koja korisniku omogućuje bežično na zaslonu mobilnog uređaja, tablet ili stolnom računalu prikaz svih parametara, te grafički prikaz mjerenih varijabli. Opisani su svi dijelovi za predloženi uređaj, te sama struktura web aplikacije i grafičko sučelje. Na kraju je uređaj ispitan na realnom industrijskom procesu.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide a solution for wireless monitoring and control of industrial processes, i.e. regulators and indicators that support the Modbus RTU protocol via RS-485 and Modbus TCP over Ethernet networks. A device was made based on a miniature and inexpensive computer Raspberry Pi which has a web application that allows the user to wirelessly on the screen of the mobile device, tablet or desktop computer display of all parameters and graphic display of the measured variables. All parts of the proposed device, the structure of web application and graphical interface are described. At the end the device was tested on a real industrial process.
