Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog rada je prikazati mogućnost konceptualnog projektiranja konstrukcije cilindričnog trupa podmornice. Poznavanjem tehnoloških mogućnosti i projektnih zahtjeva smanjen je broj projektnih varijabli pa je moguće problem riješiti u trodimenzionalnom prostoru što omogućuje analitičko i grafičko rješavanje problema. Strukturne dimenzije proizašle optimizacijom provjerene su metodom konačnih elemenata u koju svrhu je napravljen model cilindričnog trupa s integriranim strukturnim tankom. U optimizaciji čvrstog trupa nisu uzeti u obzir utjecaji realnih dodataka kao što su pregrade, integrirani tank, pražnica i greda, koji su modelirani i ispitani pomoću MKE kako bi prikazali moguće utjecaje dodataka na trup.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual design method for cylindrical submarine hull. Implementing technological constraints and design requirements the number of design variables is reduced. Thus, the problem can be solved in 3D design space using analytical and graphical methods. The scantlings defined in optimization procedure are checked bay using FEM based on cylindrical hull model with integrated structural tank. In the optimization procedure the effect of the integrated structural tank is not accounted for in order to investigate the possible effects of appendages to the hull such as openings, foundings of various equipment, etc.
