Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je definiran utjecaj dinamičke oplakane površine na konačne vrijednosti ukupnog otpora broda poludeplasmanske forme. Dan je prikaz metoda pomoću kojih se s određenom točnošću može odrediti iznos dinamičke oplakane površine pri nekoj brzini. Detaljnije je opisan postupak određivanja oplakane površine modela analizom fotografija bazenskog ispitivanja. Navedeni su i analizirani faktori koji mogu utjecati na netočnost rezultata modelskih ispitivanja. Na temelju nacrta rebara modela, generiran je, pomoću programa Rhino 4.0, 3D model poludeplasmanske forme trupa broda ispitane u Brodarskom institutu u Zagrebu. Analiziran je utjecaj netočnosti određivanja dinamičke oplakane površine na vrijednosti koeficijenta ukupnog otpora modela broda za dvije različite brzine. Dobiveni podaci ekstrapolirani su Froudeovom metodom na brod u naravi kako bi se odredio utjecaj netočnosti određivanja oplakane površine na silu ukupnog otpora broda.

Abstract

This paper defines an influence of dynamic wetted surface area on the final values of the total resistance of semi-planing hull. A review of methods, by which dynamic wetted surface area can be determined with certain accuracy at a certain speed, is given. The process of determining wetted surface area by analyzing photos of a model towed in a tank is described in more detail. Factors that can affect inaccuracy of the model towing test results are also listed and analyzed. A 3D semiplaning hull model was generated using Rhino 4.0, based on the body plan of the model towed in Brodarski Institute in Zagreb. The influence of the inaccuracy of the dynamic wetted surface area determination on the total ship resistance coefficient was analyzed for two different speeds. The resulting data were extrapolated by Froude method to full scale ship in order to determine the influence of inaccuracy of determining wetted surface area on the total ship resistance force.
