Abstract (Croatian)

Glavni cilj ovog rada je bio opisati procese gospodarenja otpadom te po izabranom modelu opisati i unaprijediti jedan sektor otpada. Koncentrirao sam se na proces zbrinjavanja otpadnih baterija i akomulatora pomoću modela Lean principa. Lean je engleska riječ koja znači vitak, mršav ili tanak te se može definirati kao manje svega (skladišta, vremena, ljudskog napora, investicija , kapitala). Osnovno načelo Lean proizvodnje je da se proizvodi točno ono što kupac ili klijent želi, tj. vrstu, kvalitetu i količinu proizvoda izravno diktira potražnja tržišta, tj. isporuka proizvoda klijentu u što kraćem vremenskom roku sa što manje gubitaka. Lean proizvodnja pokušava ujediniti sve te koncepte u jednu poslovnu filozofiju, tj. da bi sveukupna poslovna filozofija bila uspješna lean principi moraju obuhvaćati i poslovne grane izvan same proizvodnje, tj. mora se obuhvatiti cijeli razvojni proces. Koncepti vođenja, timskog rada, komunikacije i simultativnog razvoja su postali dijelom lean-a. Alati i metode Lean razvoja proizvoda potječu iz zdravog razuma. Ne smije se dopustiti da jednostavnošću ovoga koncepta podcijenite njegovu moć. Metode Lean proizvodnje mogu pojednostavniti na gotovu dječju razinu, no unatoč tome je uzrokovao revoluciju u efikasnom poslovanju. Nadalje Lean princip sam primijenio na oporabu otpadnih baterija i akomulatora pri čemu sam značajno unaprijedio proces po pitanju uštede vremena, iskoristivosti materijala i zašite ljudi da bi na kraju dobili novo rafinirano olovno minimalne čištoće od 99,98 %.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to describe the process of waste management and on the chosen model to describe and improve this sector accounts. I focused on the process of disposing of waste batteries and car battery using the model of Lean principles. Lean is an English word that means slim, lean and thin and can be defined as less of everything (storage, time, human effort, investment, capital). The basic principle of Lean Production is to produce exactly what the customer or the client wants the type, quality and quantity of the product directly to market demand, the supply of products to the customer as soon as possible with as few losses. Lean manufacturing is trying to unite all these concepts into a single business philosophy. To the overall business philosophy has been successful lean principles must include business and branches outside of production and must cover the entire development process. Concepts leadership, teamwork, communication development have become part of Lean. Tools and methods of Lean product development derived from common sense. Do not let the simplicity of this concept underestimate its power. Lean methods can simplify the finished children's level, yet it has caused a revolution in efficient operations. Furthermore Lean principle I applied to the recovery of waste batteries and car battery while I significantly improve the process in terms of time savings, utilization of materials and sutured people to finally get a new refined lead with a minimum purity of 99.98%.
