Abstract (Croatian)

Ambalaža je svaki proizvod, bez obzira na prirodu materijala od kojeg je izrađen, koji se koristi za držanje, zaštitu, rukovanje, isporuku i predstavljanje robe. Ambalažni materijal može biti papirni, stakleni, metalni, drveni, tekstilni, polimerni i višeslojni od različitih materijala. Izbor materijala alata za izradu ambalaže ovisi o vrsti ambalažnog materijala. U ovom radu je predstavljen jedan od proizvođača alata za staklenu ambalažu te je prikazan cjelokupni alat sa svim njegovim dijelovima. Dalje je opisan proces proizvodnje staklene ambalaže te je dat pregled alatnih materijala koji se koriste za izradu alata za staklenu ambalažu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu radu su pronađeni primjeri trošenja te razrađeni problemi koji se javljaju kod alata za staklenu ambalažu. Na jednom nepoznatom uzorku je ispitan kemijski sastav, određena mikrostruktura te ispitana mikrotvrdoća.

Abstract

Packaging is each product, irrespective of the nature of the material from which it is made, which is used for holding, protecting, handling, delivering and presentation of goods. Packaging material can be paper, glass, metal, wood, textile, polymer and a multilayer of different materials. Material selection of tools for creating packaging depends on the type of packaging material. In this work is presented on of the manufacturer of tools for glass packaging and it is shown the entire tool and all its parts. Below is described process of production for glass containers and is given an overview of tool materials used for making tools for glass packaging. In the experimental part of the work have been found examples of wear and worked out problems that occur with tools for glass packaging. On one unknown sample is tested chemical composition, microstructure and hardness.
