Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu analiziran je utjecaj unosa topline, predgrijavanja i toplinske obrade na zavarljivost čelika X3CrNiMo13-4. U teorijskom dijelu dan je kratak pregled visokolegiranih nehrđajućih čelika uz analizu njihove zavarljivosti. Detaljnije su pojašnjeni martenzitni i mekomartenzitni nehrđajući čelici, njihova proizvodnja, zavarljivost i toplinske obrade u procesu zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je zavarivanje ploča čelika X3CrNiMo13-4. Zavarena su 3 zavarena spoja, svaki sa različitom temperaturom predgrijavanja. Nakon zavarivanja, ploče su toplinski obrađene te su izrezane epruvete za mehanička ispitivanja i makro analizu. Analizom rezultata dobivenih ispitivanjem doneseni su zaključci o zavarljivosti čelika X3CrNiMo13-4.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of heat input, preheating and post weld heat treatment on weldability of steel X3CrNiMo13-4. The theoretical part gives a short overview of stainless steels and their weldability. Martensitic and softmartensitic steels with their production, weldability and heat treatment in the process of welding are thoroughly explained. In the experimental part of this paper, welding of X3CrNiMo13-4 steel plates was carried out. 3 Welded joints were made, each with different preheat temperature. After the welding, plates were heat treated and test samples for mechanical tests and macro analysis were cut out. Analyzing the results obtained by testing, the conclusions on weldability of steel X3CrNiMo13-4 were adopted.
