Abstract (Croatian)
Cilj diplomskog rada jest uspostavljanje novog sustava i sistematizacija gradiva iz područja zavarljivosti, korištenjem međunarodnih normi kao podloge u svrhu izrade dijela opširne skripte i kolegija na e-learning servisu http://e-ucenje.fsb.hr/. Diplomski rad će se u prvom dijelu temeljiti na razradi tehničkog izvještaja ISO/TR 581:2005 te će služiti kao smjernica za izradu teoretske podloge. Ovisno o vrsti materijala, predodžba o zavarljivosti će ovisiti o količini korištenih smjernica iz navedenog tehničkog izvještaja. Svrha ovakvog pristupa je stvaranje razumljive i praktično korisne baze podataka kojom će se budući inženjeri zavarivanja moći koristiti kao osnovom za pristupanje zavarivanju svih vrsta čelika navedenim prema normi HRN EN ISO 15608:2005, odnosno klasificiranih prema tehničkom izvještaju ISO/TR 20172:2006. Drugi dio rada će sadržavati opis i razradu eksperimenta s ciljem provjere osjetljivosti čelika S355 na tople pukotine kada se kao dodatni materijal koristi žica od nehrđajućeg čelika ER 309 LSi. Svrha niza eksperimenata je otkrivanje kritičnog seta parametara kojim će se izazvati pojava pukotina. Zaključak će biti doveden analizom pretpostavljenih i ispitanih rezultata u spregu s teoretskom podlogom i preporukama iz normi, te će kao zaključak biti dan kvalitativan odnosno atributivan iskaz o zavarljivosti navedenog čelika. Abstract
Aim of the master thesis is establishment of entirely new system of operation and systematization of knowledge regarding weldability of metal materials, by using the international industrial standards as a basis for producing detailed information background which can be later used as the e-learning material on internet service http://e-ucenje.fsb.hr/. In the first part of the master thesis, technical report ISO/TR 518:2005 shall be explained in detail and it shall serve as a guideline for producing detailed theoretical background. Depending on the type of material, general report on weldability shall be made by using relevant subtopics from technical report ISO/TR 518:2005. Purpose of said approach is the creation of understandable and practically useful data bank which can be used by students and future welding engineers as the most convenient tool when approaching the problems regarding weldability of metal materials classified in industrial standard HRN EN ISO 15608:2005 and listed in technical report ISO/TR 20172:2006. In the second part of the master thesis experiment was made in order to evaluate sensitivity of steel S355 to hot cracking when joined with stanless steel ER 309 LSi consumable wire. Purspose of the experiments was to determine critical parameters which will induce the said cracking. Conclusion shall be drawn by analysing presumed and tested results in combination with theoretical background and recommendation drawn from industrial standards in order to give a qualitative statement regarding the weldability of said steel.
