Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu predstavljeni su najzastupljeniji aditivni postupci te njihova primjena. Opisan je način provedbe čitavog postupka aditivne proizvodnje s naglaskom na PolyJet Matrix postupak. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada napravljen je plan pokusa odzivne površine za ispitivanje rasteznih svojstava prema kojemu su izrađena ispitna tijela čiji su oblik i dimenzije definirani normom HRN EN ISO 527 – 2: 2012. Ulazni faktori za izradu plana pokusa su debljina prevlake i njena tvrdoća. Prema planu pokusa PolyJet Matrix postupkom su izrađena po tri ispitna tijela za svako od 20 stanja pokusa. Nakon izrade, ispitnim tijelima je provjerena dimenzijska točnost i izmjerena tvrdoća prije rasteznih ispitivanja. Dobiveni podaci su uneseni u programski paket DesignExpert i analiziran je utjecaj parametara prerade (tvrdoće i debljine) na rastezna svojstva (granica razvlačenja, modul elastičnosti, prekidna čvrstoća i prekidno istezanje).

Abstract

In this diploma thesis the most common Additive Manufacturing – AM processes and their applications are presented. It is also described how entire AM process is carried out with a focus on PolyJet Matrix process. In the second part of this paper a tensile test specimens are made according to design of experiment. Shape and dimensions of test specimens are defined by HRN EN ISO 527 – 2: 2012 standard. Input factors are thickness and hardness of specimens’ coatings. 3 test specimens for each of 20 experiment states are made by using PolyJet Matrix process. After production, dimensional accuracy and hardness were measured. In the end specimens are subjected to tensile testing. The data was collected and entered into the DesignExpert software package. The result show influence of processing parameters (hardness and coating thickness) on the tensile properties.
