Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada je „Vitki menadžment u usluţžim procesima“. U radu će biti opisane specifičnosti uslužnih djelatnosti i prikazat će se pristupni proces uslužnom poduzeću. Objasnit će se primjena Lean filozofije u uslužnim djelatnostima kroz primjenu Lean alata na primjeru odjela prodaje u telekomunikacijskom poduzeću.

Abstract

Topic of this thesis is "Lean management in service processes". This thesis gives an overview of the specifics of service industries with emphasis on process approach to service companies. Application of Lean principles in service industries through the application of Lean tools will be described in details on example of sales department in telecommunication company.
