Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je opisan konceptualni razvoj konstrukcije stabilnijeg cestovnog vozila na pogon snagom vozača. Prije pristupanja razvoju bilo je potrebno istražiti prednosti i nedostatke postojećih rješenja vozila pokretanih snagom čovjeka. Prvi korak u razradi koncepta je bila analiza problema. Bilo je važno definirati gdje se ovakva vrsta vozila koristi, koja je njegova namjena i koje sve skupine korisnika ga koriste te s kojim se problemima suočavaju u svom svakodnevnom kretanju. Nakon toga se provodi utvrđivanje ergonomskih zahtjeva na proizvod u svrhu osiguravanja ergonomije vozila kako bi nova konstrukcija pružala potrebnu udobnost i sigurnost vozača. Idući korak je definiranje zahtjeva ciljane skupine korisnika nakon čega slijedi analiza tržišta i postojećih rješenja koja pruža pregled postojeće ponude na tržištu te jasno definiranje svih prednosti i nedostataka postojećih rješenja. Nakon definiranja zahtjeva na novi proizvod potrebno je napraviti funkcijsko modeliranje proizvoda te morfološku matricu koja iz toga proizlazi te time nastupa razrada koncepta. Odabiranjem rješenja iz morfološke matrice dolazi se do tri potencijalna koncepta od kojih je svaki potrebno opisati. Nakon toga slijedi vrednovanje koncepata te odabir najboljeg koncepta koji ispunjava sve zahtjeve i kriterije postavljene na proizvod u smjernicama razvoja. Na kraju se odabrani koncept koji je ocijenjen kao najbolje rješenje opisuje te slikovno potrekpljuje detaljnim slikovnim prikazima vozila.

Abstract

This work describes the conceptual development of construction of more stable road vehicles powered by drivers. Prior to starting the development it was necessary to explore the advantages and disadvantages of existing solutions of the vehicles powered by driver. The first step in the development of the concept was analyzing the problem. It was important do define where this type of vehicle is used, what is its purpose, which groups of users use it and with which problems they face in their daily movements. After that, detection of ergonomics requirements of the product is peformed in order to ensure the ergonomics of the vehicle so that new construcion provides necessary comfort and safety for the drivers. The next step is to define the requirements of the targeted group of users followed by analysis of the market and existing solutions that provides an overview of existing offers on the market and clear definition on all the advantages of existing solutions. After defining the requirements for the new product it is necessary to make a functional product modeling and morphological matrix that comes from it and with that the elaboration of the concepts starts. Selecting solutions from morpfhological matrix leads to three potential concepts and every one of them is described. After that, the evaluation of the concept and selection of the best concept that meets al the requirements and criteria set out in the guidelines on product development is followed. At the end, the best rated solution is described with detailed images of the vehicle.
