Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je opisano idejno rješenje višeagentnog automatskog sustava za sklapanje i rasklapanje dva sklopa. Potreba za takvim sustavom se javila zbog preseljenja postojećeg laboratorija za projektiranje izradbenih i montažnih sustava katedre za projektiranje izradbenih i montažnih sustava u drugi; znatno veći prostor. Prema tome; projektirani sustav će se koristiti kao osnova prilikom postavljanja opreme (roboti, transportne trake, postolja, kontroleri...) u novi laboratorij spomenute katedre. Opisan je postupak stvaranja novog prostornog rasporeda uzevši u obzir postojeću opremu, novu opremu te ciljeve koje novi sustav mora ispuniti. Nakon stvaranja prostornog rasporeda projektirani su nedostajući elementi poput postolja robota. Nedostajući elementi su projektirani u programskom paketu „Catia V5“. Potom je sa svim elementima sustava (postojećim i novim) napravljena simulacija u programskom paketu „Roboguide“ koji služi za simuliranje rada robota. „Roboguide“ je simulacijski paket (eng. software) izrađen od strane proizvođača robota „Fanuc“ i prema tome služi za simuliranje rada isključivo „Fanuc“ robota. Velika prednost „Roboguide“-a je što nudi vrlo realistično simuliranje rada robota.

Abstract

This paper describes the conceptual design of multi agent automatic system for assembling and disassembling of two products. The need for such a system appeared due to the relocation of the existing laboratory for designing manufacturing and assembly systems of the chair for designing manufacturing and assembly systems to another; a much larger space. The designed system will be used as a basis for setting up the equipment (robots, conveyors, mounts, controllers ...) in a new laboratory of mentioned chair. The procedure of creating a new spatial layout is described; while taking in the consideration the existing equipment, new equipment, and the objectives that the new system must meet. After the spatial layout is designed the missing elements such as robot mounts are designed. The missing elements are designed in the software "Catia V5". Then, with all the elements of the system (existing and new) simulation was created with software "Roboguide" which is used to simulate the operation of robots. "Roboguide" is a simulation software made by the manufacturer of robots "Fanuc" and thus serves to simulate the work exclusively "Fanuc" robots. The great advantage of "Roboguide" is that it offers a very realistic simulation of the robots.
