Abstract (Croatian)
Drobilice za kamen su strojevi izloženi velikim dinamičkim opterećenjima i trošenju. U skladu s tim zahtjevima, robusne su konstrukcije, visoke čvrstoće i otpornosti na trošenje. Zbog načina usitnjavanja kamena i svojstava kamena, kod većine drobilica najizraženiji mehanizam trošenja je abrazija. U ovom radu je napravljen okvirni prikaz rada drobilica za kamen, osnove trošenja (s naglaskom na abrazijsko trošenje), te materijali koji se koriste za dijelove strojeva izloženih trošenju. Detaljnije je prikazan konkretan primjer drobilice (mlina) za kamen vapnenac, naziva Dezintegrator 400X800, čiji je završni proizvod kameno punilo veličine zrna ispod 1 mm. Prikazana je konstrukcija, način rada i problemi koji su se pojavljivali prilikom eksploatacije. Napravljena je analiza trošenja čekića i udarnih obloga kao dijelova mlina najizloženijih trošenju. U laboratoriju je napravljeno ispitivanje kemijskog sastava materijala čekića te je izmjerena tvrdoća čekića.
Abstract
Stone crushers are machines exposed to high dynamical loads and wear. In accordance to these demands, stone crushers are robust, tough and wear resistant. Because of stone crushing method, and mechanical properties of stone, abrasion wear is the most conspicuous wear mechanism in stone crushing technology. In this thesis is shown an indicative operating mode of stone crushers, basics of material wearing (with emphasized abrasion wear mechanism), materials used to construct wear exposed parts. In more detail is shown particular stone crusher for limestone crushing, named Dezintegrator 400X800. Final product of crushing is limestone filler under 1 mm grain size. In this thesis is shown construction, operating mode and issues appeared in exploitation. Wear analysis of hammers and impact coverings is made. In laboratory, chemical composition analysis and hardness test of hammer material is made.
