Abstract (Croatian)
U diplomskom radu napravljen je termodinamički proračun dviju otvorenih rashladnih vitrina, prve za hlađenje pića u bočicama ili limenkama na benzinskim postajama, a druge vitrine za voće i povrće u trgovinama. Napravljen je i proračun izmjenjivača topline za oba rashladna sustava. Prema dobivenim proračunima i zadanim geometrijama izmjenjivača napravljen je odabir komponenata pojedinih rashladnih vitrina. Prikazane su sheme spajanja elemenata rashladnih jedinica za obje vitrine. Za vitrinu za piće napravljen je dispozicijski crtež.
Abstract
In this graduate work has been made thermodynamic calculation of two open refrigerated open front cooler, the first is for cooling drinks in bottles or cans at gas stations, and the other is for fruit and vegetables in stores. The calculation was made for both heat exchangers of cooling system. According to calculation and given geometries of exchangers the selection of components was made for each cooler. Connection schemes are shown for both display cabinets. For open front cooler for drinks is a disposition drawing made.
