Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu detaljno je opisano rješavanje problema automatskog punjenja mobilnog robota. Kroz rad zložena je metoda vođenja robota prema punjaču korištenjem signala za navođenje, projektirani su i izrađeni prijemnik i predajnik za navođenje te izrađena potrebna programska podrška. Opisani sustav za automatsko punjenje ugrađen je na robota eMiR te je funkcionalnost sustava ispitana na poligonu u laboratoriju za inteligentne proizvodne sustave. Sva programska podrška napisana je korištenjem programskog jezika Python. Dijelovi potrebni za realizaciju projekta izrađeni su aditivnom tehnologijom FDM.

Abstract

In this paper system for automatic charging of the mobile robot is described . The described system for automatic charging is installed on the robot eMiR. For robot navigation infrared guidance signal is used. System for automatic charging consists of guidance signal source, signal receiver and docking apparatus. For system testing purposes, robot control software is written. Functionality of the system is tested at laboratory for intelligent manufacturing systems of the Faculty of mechanical engineering and naval architecture . All software is written using the Python programming language . All parts needed for system testing and implementation are constructed using additive technology FDM
