Abstract (Croatian)
U prvom dijelu rada uspoređene su značajke tehnologija, koje se temelje na izgaranju i rasplinjavanju biomase. U praktičnom dijelu rada definirana je konfiguracija ORC kogeneracijskog postrojenja sa svojim tehnološkim parametrima. Prema ORC modulu izabrano je ložište, te kotao utilizator koji osiguravaju nazivnu toplinsku snagu za ORC modul. Izveden je matematički model dinamike termohidrauličkih procesa u termouljnom kotlu radi praćenja pregrijanja termo ulja, kao i radi promjene opterećenja termouljnog kotla. Odabrana je konfiguracija kogeneracijskog postrojenja sa zračnim kondenzatorom nakon analize dva slučaja. U prilogu je opisan rad postrojenja sa osnovnim komponentama kao i kotlovnica sa osnovnim dijelovima. Izrađeni su tehnički crteži razvoda termo ulja u kotlovnici te funkcionalna shema postrojenja.
Abstract
In the first part of this thesis, comparison between technologies that use combustion and gasification of biomass has been made. In the practical part of thesis configuration of ORC power plant is chosen and all technological parameters have been calculated. Furnace and heat recovery boiler have been scaled according to ORC modul. Mathematical model of dynamics of thermohydraulic processes has been made, to investigate thermo oil overheating and load of heat recovery boiler. After analysis of two diffrent cases the case with the solution with air cooled condenser have been chosen. In the last part of thesis (contribution), plant operation and boiler room with main components is presented. Blueprints of thermo oil piping and functional scheme of the plant is made.
