Abstract (Croatian)

Klaster analiza ili klasteriranje je tehnika grupiranja skupa objekata na takav način da su međusobno slični objekti grupirani u isti klaster, a objekti koje se međusobno razlikuju se nalaze u različitim klasterima. Potreba za grupiranjem objekata očituje se i u projektiranju proizvodnih sustava gdje se, na temelju proizvodnog programa i tehnologije, nastoje uspostaviti što nezavisnije skupine strojeva (izradbene stanice) unutar kojih će se obrađivati skupine predmeta rada. U radu su opisani smisao i značaj klaster analize, njeni tipovi te prednosti i nedostatci. Nadalje, istražena je zastupljenost softvera za klaster analizu. Najčešće korišteni softveri jesu: SPSS, Statistica, SAS. Također postoji i niz besplatnih softvera kao što su Past i Cluster 3.0. U radu je provedeno klasteriranje sa i bez softvera na primjeru 10 dijelova i 28 strojeva. Za softversko klasteriranje izabran je softver Past, čije je korištenje detaljno opisano, te su na kraju uspoređeni rezultati ručnog i softverskog klasteriranja.

Abstract

Cluster analysis or clustering is the task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group ,called a cluster are more similar in some sense or another to each other than to those in other groups. Need for grouping objects is also present in the design of manufacturing systems, where based on the production programs and technologies, if possible, an independent group of machines (manufacturing cell) is made. This paper describes the meaning and significance of the cluster analysis, its types as well as advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, it has been explored the representation of software for cluster analysis. The most commonly used software are: SPSS, Statistica, SAS. There are also a number of free software such as Past and the Cluster 3.0. The work was conducted with and without clustering software on the example of 10 parts and 28 machines. For software clustering was selected Past software, whose usage is detailed described and in the end the results of clustering were compared.
