Abstract (Croatian)

Brušenje je abrazivan postupak obrade drva koji se primjenjuje najčešće u završnoj fazi obrade proizvoda. Svrha brušenja je postizanje manje hrapavosti površine kao i konačnog oblika i dimenzija, uklanjanje prirodnih površinskih nedostataka kao i onih nastalih tijekom prijašnjih, grubljih obrada. Cilj ovog rada bio je načiniti konstrukcijsko rješenje brusilice kojom će se moći postići složena geometrija obratka u pojedinačnoj proizvodnji uz povećanje trajnosti brusnog tuljca te bolje odvođenje trenjem generirane topline. Tim zahtjevima je udovoljeno konstruiranjem brusilice kod koje brusni tuljac rotira i istovremeno translatira uzduž svoje osi. U uvodu završnog rada je opisan proces brušenja te značajke drva. U drugom dijelu rada je opisano konstrukcijsko rješenje brusilice te provedena provjera čvrstoće ključnih komponenata.

Abstract

Sanding is an abrasive process of wood machining which is usually applied in final stage of product manufacturing. The purpose of sanding is achieving lower roughness of the wood surface and final shape and dimensions of the product, removing of natural surface imperfections as well as the imperfections from previous coarser machining stages. The goal of this paper was to design a solution for a sander with which it will be possible to make complex geometry in craft production, with increased durability of sanding sleeve and better dissipation of heat generated by friction. Those goals were achieved by designing a sander in which sanding sleeve rotates and simultaneously translates along the same axis. In the introduction of this paper a sanding process and wood characteristics are described. In the second part of the paper design solution of the sander is described and required calculations of critical components are carried out.
