Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu izvršena je analiza uvjeta koji vladaju u vrelovodnom kotlu pri prelasku loženja s tekućeg goriva na plinovito gorivo. Kotao je namijenjen dogrijavanju vrele vode u postojećoj toplani za daljinsko grijanje grada. Napravljen je termodinamički, hidrodinamički i aerodinamički proračun vrelovodnog kotla za slučaj loženja na teško loživo ulje i za slučaj loženja na prirodni plin. Termodinamički proračun je napravljen prema normativnoj (CKTI) metodi. U hidrodinamičkom proračunu izračunati su padovi tlaka te brzine strujanja vode u cijevima. Aerodinamički proračun uključuje proračun dimnog trakta kotla, s izračunom pada tlaka i brzine strujanja plinova. Tehnički crtež uključuje dispozicijski nacrt kotla s presjekom konvektivnog kanala.

Abstract

This paper presents a numerical analysis of the conditions in the hot water boiler comparing drive on liquid fuel to gas fuel. The boiler is intended for reheating of hot water in the existing powerplant for heating purposes of town. Thermodynamic, hydrodinamic and aerodinamic calculations have been made in case of using heavy fuel oil and natural gas. Thermodynamic analysis was made according to the normative (CKTI) method. Hydrodinamic calculation determined pressure drop and flow velocity of water in the pipes. Aerodinamic analysis includes calculations of the flue tract of boiler, estimating the pressure drop and velocity of gases. Tehnical drawing includes layout of boiler with section of convective channel.
