Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu opisana je rekonstrukcija radne platforme njemačkog proizvođača Wumag oznake WT 225 koja je montirana na teretno vozilo Mercedes-Benz 811. Izrađena je hidraulička shema i ukratko opisan ručni način upravljanja platformom. Uz ručno upravljanje izrađena je električna shema te dokumentirano električno bežično upravljanje koje će znatno olakšati korištenje stroja. Uz bežično električno upravljanje pojašnjen je i algoritam upravljanja. Glavna prednost električnog upravljanja je mnogo veća brzina upravljanja od ručnog, automatizacija procesa te mogućnost implementacije dodatnih funkcija koje zahtjeva investitor. Upravljački program implementiran je u programabilni logički kontroler te su prikazani eksperimentalni rezultati.

Abstract

This work describes the reconstruction of work platform by German manufacturer Wumag mark WT 225 which is mounted on a truck Mercedes-Benz 811. In this work you can find hydraulic scheme and short description of how you can manually manage (control) a hydraulic platform. With manual control is made a electronic scheme and it shortly documented electrical wireless control that will significantly facilitate the use of the machine. With a wireless electric control is also explained control algorithm. The main advantage of electric control is a much higher speed than manual control, process automation and the possibility of implementing additional functions that investor requires. The control algorithm is implemented in the programmable logic controller. After implementation we obtained experimental results.
