Abstract (Croatian)

U uvodnom dijelu rada obrađen je MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja i roboti za robotizirano zavarivanje. Opisani su parametri zavarivanja kod MIG/MAG postupka, programiranje robota i upotreba senzora kod zavarivanja. Detaljnije je opisan parametar njihanja pištolja. Eksperimentalni dio se sastoji od dva dijela u kojima su opisani utjecaji različitih oblika njihanja pištolja na izgleda zavarenog spoja. U zaključnom dijelu rada dani su komentari i zaključci vezani uz dobivene rezultate eksperimentalnog dijela.

Abstract

In the introduction of this paper MIG/MAG welding process and robotics welding were processed. Welding parameters of the MIG/MAG, robot programming and use of sensors for welding have been described. A more detailed descriptions of torch weaving parameters is given. Experimental part is composed of two parts in which have been described the various influence of the torch weaving on the welded joint. In conclusion the comments and conclusions related to the experiment results was given. In prelude MIG/MAG welding and robots for robotized welding were described. Also MIG/MAG welding parameters, robot programming and sensor usage in welding were described. The parameter in torch weaving was described in detail. The experimental part consists of two parts in which different features in torch weaving influence the appearance of welding joint were described. In conclusion comments and conclusions for obtained experimental results were given.
