Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su opisana mineralna i biljna ulja primjenjiva za gašenje prilikom kaljenja čelika. Opisane su metode ispitivanja sposobnosti ohlađivanja sredstava za gašenje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada korišteno je mineralno ulje Kalenol 32 i biljna ulja, palmino i repičino. Provedena su ispitivanja gašenja i određene su karakteristike ohađivanja spomenutih vrsta ulja primjenom Liščić/Petrofer probe Φ 50 x 200 mm i ISO 9950 laboratorijske probe Φ 12,5 x 60 mm. Provedena je simulacija kaljenja osovine Φ 50 mm izrađene iz čelika 42CrMo4 primjenom računalnog programa Heat Treatment Database 2014. Određen je utjecaj spomenutih vrsta ulja i dodataka aditiva na postignuta svojstva.

Abstract

Mineral and vegetable oils which are applyed for quenching during the hardening of steel are described in the thesis. Testing methods of cooling capability of quenching liquids are described. Mineral oil Kalenol 32 and vegetable oils, palm and rapeseed, are used for experimental part of the thesis. Test are performed and cooling characteristics of these types of oils are determind using Liščić/Petrofer probe Φ 50 x 200 mm and ISO 9950 laboratory probe Φ 12,5 x 60 mm. Simulations of hardening of a cylinder Φ 50 mm made of steel 42CrMo4 are performed using the computer program Heat Treatment Database 2014. The effect of these types of oils on the achieved properties are defined.
