Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su prikazana termodinamička svojstva propana (R290), radne karakteristike, kompatibilnost s drugim materijalima te njegova primjena. Proveden je proračun propanskog rashladnika kapljevine za niskotemperaturno hlađenje u procesnoj industriji učinka hlađenja 88 kW. Napravljen je termodinamički proračun komponenti rashladnika kapljevine, proračunate dimenzije cjevovoda za strujanje rasoline i propana. Nadalje, izračunata je sezonska učinkovitost rashladnog agregata kroz sezonu hlađenja. Također, izrađene su sheme spajanja i automatske regulacije rashladnika kapljevine te dispozicijski crtež rashladnika kapljevine, a za projektirani zrakom hlađeni kondenzator detaljan radionički crtež.

Abstract

In this thesis the thermodynamic properties of propane, its working performance, compatibility with other materials and application is shown. The calculation of propane chiller nominal power off 88 kW designed for low temperature cooling in the process industry is conducted. The thermodynamic calculation of the chillers components are made, as well as the calculation of brine and propane pipeline. Furthermore, the seasonal efficiency of the cooling unit in cooling season is calculated. The connection diagrams, diagrams of automatic control and disposition drawing are made, and for designed air-cooled condenser a detailed drawing is also made.
