Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj rad se fokusira na mjerne robote, točnije trokoordinatne mjerne uređaje (TMU). S obzirom na to da je to uređaj za mjerenje duljine, najprije su prikazani neki osnovni pojmovi mjeriteljstva. Zatim su objašnjeni pojmovi odstupanja od kružnosti i metode mjerenja kružnosti. Dan je pregled tipova TMU-a i opisani su najvažniji dijelovi uređaja. Izveden je kinematički model TMU-a, a nakon toga su objašnjeni utjecaji na mjernu nesigurnost TMU-a, uz poseban osvrt na geometrijske pogreške. Praktični dio rada (mjerenje) opisan je u sljedećem poglavlju, a nakon toga su predstavljeni rezultati mjerenja s komentarima i zaključkom.

Abstract

This work focuses on measuring robots, specifically, coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Since it is a machine used for measuring length, some metrologytopics are introduced first. Next, deviation from circularity is explained and methods for measuring this circularity are introduced. CMM types are shown and workings of most important parts of this type of machine are explained. Kinematics model is also deduced and effects on measuring uncertainty of CMM are explained, with particular regard on geometric errors. Experimental part of this work (measuring) is shown, and after that the results are presented with commentary and conclusion.
