Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj diplomski rad sastoji se od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. Teorijski dio obuhvaća osnovnu podjelu vjetroelektrana i definira glavne dijelove vjetroagregata. Osim toga, opisan je postupak zaštite od korozije organskim prevlakama te su prikazani uobičajeni sustavi zaštite dijelova onshore i offshore vjetroagregata. U sklopu eksperimentalnog dijela projektirano je 10 sustava premaza za korozijsku zaštitu čeličnih stupova offshore vjetroelektrane kategorije korozivnosti C3. Projektirano je 5 sustava premaza na bazi otapala i 5 sustava premaza na bazi vode te je od svake skupine odabran po jedan sustav premaza za daljnja ispitivanja i konačnu usporedbu. Provedena su ispitivanja fizikalnih, kemijskih i elektrokemijskih svojstava odabranih premaza te je određena mikrostruktura premaza i njihov kemijski sastav. Izvršena je elektrokemijska impedancijska spektroskopija u svrhu određivanja otpora premaza. Sva ispitivanja provedena su kako bi se pokazala mogućnost primjene sustava premaza na bazi vode u istim uvjetima kojima su izloženi sustavi premaza na bazi otapala prilikom zaštite čeličnih stupova offshore vjetroagregata, a sve u cilju smanjenja hlapivih organskih spojeva i očuvanja okoliša.

Abstract

This graduate thesis consists of theoretical and experimental parts. Theoretical part includes basic division of wind farms and defines the main components of wind turbines. In addition, a methods of corrosion protection of organic coatings are described and conventional protection systems of onshore and offshore wind turbine parts are presented. As a part of experimental section there were designed 10 coating systems for steel tower corrosion protection of C3 corrosivity category. 5 water based and 5 solvent based coating systems are designed and one coating system, from each group, is selected for further tests and final comparison. Physical, chemical and electrochemical tests have been brought up as well as determination of microstructure and chemical composition of coatings. In order to determine the coating resistance, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was performed. All tests were performed in order to show the possibility of applying the water based coating systems in the same conditions as solvent based coating systems are exposed during offshore wind turbines steel towers protection aiming to reduce volatile organic compounds and environmental protection.
