Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj se rad bavi numeričkom analizom konstrukcije poda helikoptera pri udaru o tlo. Validacija numeričkog modela aluminijske konstrukcije vršena je podacima iz literature iz kojih je za primjer uzeta konstrukcija poda helikoptera Westland WG30. Analiza se vrši u programu Abaqus/Explicit. U prvom poglavlju je objašnjena povijest upotrebe numeričkih analiza u simulacijama udara te pristup daljnjem radu. U drugom poglavlju vrši se validacija numeričkog modela aluminijske konstrukcije poda helikoptera, u kojem je objašnjen geometrijski model, numerički materijalni model s pripradajućom mrežom konačnih elemenata te dobiveni rezultati. U trećem poglavlju vrši se izrada numeričkog modela kompozitne konstrukcije helikoptera na temelju aluminijske konstrukcije iz prvog dijela. Objašnjeni su načini popuštanja prema Hashinovom kriteriju, te dobiveni rezultati. U četvrtom poglavlju ukratko su objašnjene Eiband krivulje, odnosno krivulje ljudskih tolerancija na G opterećenja. U zadnjem poglavlju dan je kratak zaključak obzirom na preživljivost posade i putnika iz dobivenih rezultata te komentari numeričkih modela konstrukcije poda helikoptera.

Abstract

The subject of this Thesis is numerical analysis of the helicopter floor structure at ground impact. Validation of the numerical model of aluminum floor structure has been made by comparison with the data found in literature, from which the floor structure of Westland WG30 helicopter has been taken. The analysis has been performed in Abaqus/Explicit. The history of numerical analyses in crashworthiness applications has been introduced in the first chapter. In addition, the methodology followed in this Thesis has been explained in this chapter. The second chapter deals with validation of the numerical model of aluminum helicopter floor structure. The geometrical model, numerical Finite Element model and the employed material model have been explained in this Chapter. In addition, the obtained results have been shown. The third chapter deals with the numerical model of the composite floor structure which is based on the model introduced in the second chapter. The principles of Hashin failure criteria have been explained and the obtained results have been provided. The forth chapter briefly explains the Eiband curves, i.e. human crash tolerance curves. In the last chapter, a short conclusion has been made regarding pilots and passengers crash survivability based on the results obtained in chapters two and three. Conclusions on the numerical floor structure models have been also provided in this chapter.
