Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru ovog rada opisan je razvoj industrijskog generatora dušika u hrvatsko-slovenskoj suradnji dviju tvrtki, Fering-fit d.o.o. i L-tek d.o.o. Tokom izrade ovog rada izrađena je osnovna verzija generatora te je ovim radom istodobno nastavljen daljnji razvoj koji je rezultirao izradom nove, naprednije verzije generatora NitroOne-S. Opisane su prednosti uporabe dušika, načini pohrane i dobave. Iznesene su prednosti te je izveden proračun isplativosti upotrebe generatora dušika u odnosu na korištenje dušika iz posuda pod tlakom. Opisani su uvjeti i okruženje u kojima se generator razvija. Iskazane su tehničke karakteristike te je opisan princip rada. Oblikovan je model pomoću računala te su izrađeni P&ID dijagrami. Opisano je rukovanje uređajem te njegovo održavanje. Predložene su ideje za unaprjeđenje rada tvrtke u kojoj se generator razvijao koje se odnose prije svega na daljnji razvoj generatora s tehničko-tehnološke strane, širenje područja primjene te povećanje njegove efikasnosti

Abstract

This work describes development of an industrial nitrogen generator by Croatian-Slovenian cooperation of two companies: Fering-Fit and L-tek. During this work the basic version of generator NitroOne has been finished, while at the same time, this work contributes to the further development of the newer, advanced version of the generator. The work describes benefits of nitrogen using, methods of storing and production, as well as conditions and environment in which generator has been developed. Technical characteristics and features of the generator have been presented. 3D CAD model and P&ID diagrams are made. Device handling and maintenance plan are described. Ideas are proposed for improving company technical and market operation, especially relating to the further technology development of the generator and expanding the field of application and increase of efficiency.
