Abstract (Croatian)
U teoretskom dijelu rada opisan je MAG proces zavarivanja te uloga zaštitnih plinova u MAG zavarivanju. Definirana su svojstva pojedinih tehničkih plinova koji se koriste za proizvodnju dvokomponetnih i trokomponetnih plinskih mješavina pri MAG zavarivanju. Opisani su tipovi grešaka koji se najčešće javljaju pri MAG zavarivanju, a posebice oni koji su povezani sa izborom plinske mješavine. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na svojstva trokomponentnih plinskih mješavina na bazi argona, ugljičnog dioksida i kisika (Ferroline C6 X1 i Ferroline C12 X2) koje se koriste za zavarivanje općih konstrukcijskih čelika. Navedene trokomponentne plinske mješavine se uspoređuju sa svojstvima najčešće primjenjivane dvokomponetne plinske mješavine Ferroline C18, odnosno mješavine koja sadrži 82% argona i 18% CO2. Nakon teoretskog dijela rada uslijedio je eksperimentalni rad. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena su četiri različita ispitivanja: • ručno MAG zavarivanje navedenim trokomponentnim plinskim mješavinama na različitim kvalitetama površine čeličnog lima, • automatsko MAG zavarivanje u svrhu usporedbe makro izbrusaka zavarenih spojeva izvedenih pod zaštitom navedenih trokomponetnih plinskih mješavina i navedene dvokomponetne plinske mješavine, • ručno MAG zavarivanje trokomponetnim odnosno dvokomponetnom plinskom mješavinom u prisilnom položaju zavarivanja, • automatsko MAG zavarivanje trokomponentnim odnosno dvokomponentnom plinskom mješavinom u svrhu određivanja vrijednosti kritične struje zavarivanja. Provedena je vizualna kontrola gore navedenih zavarenih spojeva, te ispitivanje tvrdoće makro izbrusaka. Rezultati zavarivanja potkrijepljeni su tabelama parametara zavarivanja te fotografijama zavarenih spojeva. Abstract
In the theoretical part of this work the MAG welding process and the role of shielding gas in MAG welding are defined. The properties of certain industrial gases used in MAG welding technology are described. In particular are dual - component and three - component gas mixtures at MAG welding explained. The most common types of irregularities that occur in the MAG welding are defined, especially those associated with the selection of the gas mixture. Special emphasis is placed on the properties of ternary gas mixtures based on argon, carbon dioxide and oxygen (Ferroline C6 X1 and Ferroline C12 X2) used for welding of mild steels. The above three-component gas mixtures are compared with the properties of the most commonly used two-component gas mixture Ferroline C18, or a mixture containing 82% argon and 18% CO2. After the theoretical part of the work was followed by experimental work. The experimental part of the work was carried out in four different tests: • manual MAG welding mentioned three-component gas mixtures on different surface qualities of particular mild steel, • automatic MAG welding for the comparison of macro thin sections of welds performed under the protection of the above three - component gas mixtures and the mentioned two-component gas mixture, • manual MAG welding with three-component and two-component gas mixture in the forced position of welding, • automatic MAG welding with three-component or two-component gas mixture for the purpose of determining the value of critical welding current. Of the above welded joints, visual inspection was conducted and macro hardness testing was performed on thin sections of this welds. Results are supported by the charts, tables with base welding parameters and photographs of welds.
