Abstract (Croatian)

U ovome radu će se razmotriti i konstruirati okretni granik s jednokrakim dohvatnikom za rad s kukom za nosivost dizanja od 8t na maksimalnom dohvatu od 16 m te visinu dizanja od 24 m. Granik će raditi u teškim uvjetima rada, pogonska grupa 3m, i u zatvorenom prostoru pa će se utjecaj vjetra zanemariti. Područje rada dohvatnika će biti u granicama od 30 ̊-70 ̊, a promjena dohvata će se izvesti pomoću zubne letve. U prvom dijelu rada će se govoriti općeniti o strukturi granika te navesti par konstrukcijskih rješenja. Također će se za zadane projektne parametre napraviti analizu i sintezu jednokrakog dohvatnika. U drugom dijelu rada će se analitički proračunati i konstruirati nosivu konstrukciju granika te mehanizme za dizanje tereta, promjenu dohvata, okretanje i vožnju granika, te napraviti tehničku dokumentaciju sklopnog crteža s potrebnim presjecima i radionički crtež dohvatnika.

Abstract

In this thesis hook operating slewing single jib crane, with capacity of lifting 8 tons on height of 24 meters with reach of 16 meters will be studied. Crane will perform under heavy work load conditions with workload group 3m indoor so the wind factor can be ignored. Reach work area will be restricted to 30 ̊-70 ̊ and controlled by gear rack. First part of a thesis will study general structure of a crane and consider few structural solutions. Moreover, analysis and synthesis of the crane will be made for set project parameters. Through second part of thesis there will be conducted analytical calculations and design of crane load bearing structure as well as lifting, reach control, crane turning and driving systems; technical documentation of assembly with required cut out sections and manufacturing sheet will be fabricated.
