Abstract (Croatian)
Zadatak diplomskog rada je omogućiti udaljeno upravljanje i nadzor programabilnog logičkog kontrolera (PLC) u laboratoriju za projektiranje izradbenih i montažnih sustava korištenjem operatorskog panela (HMI). Udaljeno upravljanje uređaja sve češće susrećemo i ono nam otvara velike mogućnosti za lakše upravljanje, nadzor i održavanje. U zadatku je trebalo istražiti i proučiti sve upravljačke uređaje, odabrati uređaj na kojem je moguće ostvariti udaljeno upravljanje, napraviti program za upravljanje proizvodnog procesa i ostvariti udaljeno upravljanje korištenjem industrijskog etherneta. Također potrebno je izraditi korisničko grafičko sučelje za upravljanje trakom, robotom i pneumatskim manipulatorom koji su spojeni na PLC. Grafičkim sučeljem omogućeno je upravljanje uređajima i dobivanje povratne informacije o trenutačnom stanju uređaja.
Abstract
The task of the thesis is to enable a distance control and monitoring for programmable logic controllers (PLC) in the Laboratory for Production and Assembly Systems Design using operational panel (HMI). Distance control for devices is increasingly used and it opens up great opportunities for easier management, monitoring and maintenance of the devices. The task is to investigate and study all control devices, select the device which can be used for distance control, create a program for managing the production process and realize distat control via industrial ethernet. Also it is necessary to create a graphical user interface for managing a conveyor, robot and a pneumatical manipulator connected to the PLC. By using the graphical interface device management and feedback on the current state of the device is enabled.
