Abstract (Croatian)

U diplomskom radu prikazano je konstrukcijsko rješenje radioničke dizalice za rad u zatvorenim, poluotvorenim i otvorenim prostorijama. Konstrukcija dizalice ima mogućnost prenamjene za rad na visini građevine u građevinarstvu. Konstrukcija se sklapa u transportnu izvedbu, koja je pogodna za prijenos na druge prostorije i lokacije. Za konstrukciju dizalice odabrani su standardni čelični profili i limovi spojeni u zavarenu konstrukciju. Reakcije kod dizanja i spuštanja tereta se preko konstrukcije prenose na stope. Na krajevima stopa nalaze se kotači s gumenom oblogom i kočnicom. Građevinska izvedba dizalice koristiti će protuutege za povećanje stabilnosti kod dizanja. Protutezi se stavljaju na krajeve stopa. U diplomskom radu obrazložit će se odabir gotovih dijelova te izvršiti kontrolni proračun. U procesu razrade korištene su stručne literature i postojeća rješenja.

Abstract

The thesis present a construction solution of a workshop crane for operating in enclosed, half opened and open areas. The construction crane has possibility to convert for operate at heights in civil engineering buildings. The construction folds in the transportation construction, which is suitable for transfer to a different premises and the location. For construction crane standard steel sections and plates were selected and welded. Reaction forces which are resulting by lifting and lowering the cargo are transmitted to the support legs. At the end of support legs there are castors with rubber coating and brake. When using the construction crane in a civil engineering, the counterweights are used to increased stability when lifting. Counterweights are placed on ends of the support legs. In this thesis selection of the parts used is elaborated and control calculation is performed. In the development process professional literature and existing solutions were used.
