Abstract (Croatian)

Na primjeru epruvete za savijanje u tri točke potrebno je provesti istraživanje procesa deformiranja eksperimentom i numeričkom simulacijom. U svrhu zaobilaženja skupih, kontaktnih i razornih metoda eksperimentalne mehanike korištena je beskontaktna optička metoda praćenja pomaka i deformacija po čitavoj površini epruvete sustava Aramis. Pomoću rezultata eksperimenata izračunavaju se materijalni parametri za konstitutivne modele numeričkih simulacija koje su provedene u programskom paketu Abaqus. Izvršena je validacija numeričke metode direktnom usporedbom numeričkih rezultata na cijelom području diskretizacije s eksperimentalnim rezultatima. Kako bi se mogla provesti validacija, razvijen je programski kod i algoritam koji omogućuje direktnu usporedbu rješenja. Osim toga, provedeno je istraživanje inverznog modeliranja pomoću programskog paketa True Load, koji je dio programskog paketa FeSafe i radi u okruženju Abaqus-ovog postporcesora kao plugin.

Abstract

On the basis of three point bending specimen a research of process of deformation was conducted by experiment and numerical simulation. To bypass expensive, contact and destructive methods of experimental mechanics non contact optical method of measuring displacements and deformations on the entire specimen surface that was enabled by using Aramis system. Results of the experiments were used to calculate material parameters for the constitutive models of numerical simulations used in Abaqus software. Validation of numerical method was conducted by direct comparison of numerical results on the entire area of discretization with experimental results. In order to validate numerical method, it was necessary to develop a program script and algorithm that enables direct comparison of results. Following that, a research of inverse modelling techniques used by True Load software was conducted. True Load is part of the FeSafe software and is used in postprocessor part of Abaqus software as a plugin.
