Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisan PACVD postupak prevlačenja i mogućnost povećanja otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje visokolegiranih alatnih čelika za hladni rad. Korištena je TiCN prevlaka koja se nanosila na osnovni materijal izrađen od čelika Böhler K110 (EN X155CrVMo12-1), odnosno Böhler K390PM dobiven metalurgijom praha. Opisan je postupak ispitivanja otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje metodom “suhi pijesak/gumeni kotač“ kako bi se utvrdio utjecaj debljine prevlake na otpornost abrazijskom trošenju. Uz ispitivanja otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje, ispitavala se i debljina nanesenih prevlaka kalotestom, odnosno adhezivnost prevlake na tvrdomjeru Rockwell C. Tragovi trošenja na ispitnim uzorcima su analizirani na stereomikroskopu i skenirajućem elektronskom mikroskopu. Ispitivanja su pokazala dobru adhezivnost TiCN prevlake na oba osnovna materijala, kao i bolju otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje deblje prevlake u odnosu na tanju za isti osnovni materijal.

Abstract

In this work PACVD (Plasma-Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition) procedure is described, as well as the possibilities of improving resistance to abrasive wear of high-alloyed cold work steels. Böhler K110 (EN X155CrVMo12-1) and Böhler K390MC steels are applied as the base for TiCN coating. The procedure of of examining resistance to abrasive wear via “dry sand-rubber wheel“ method is described. The purpose of examining resistance to abrasive wear is to determine connection between coating thickness and resistance to abrasive wear of high-alloyed cold work steels. Along with method “dry sand-rubber wheel“, coating thickness via Calotest and coating adhesion via Rockwell C hardness tester are also examined. The surfaces of worn samples are analyzed using a stereo microscope and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Tests showed good adhesion of TiCN coating on both base materials as well as better resistance to abrasive wear of thicker coating in relation to thinner coating for the same base material.
