Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisano erozijsko trošenje tvrdih prevlaka na visokolegiranim alatnim čelicima za hladni rad K110 i K390 MC. Tvrde prevlake TiN/TiCN i TiN/TiBN su proizvedene plazmatski potpomognutim kemijskim prevlačenjem iz parne faze (PACVD). Određena je debljina prevlaka kalotestom, ispitana je adhezivnost prevlaka Rockwellovom metodom utiskivanja indentora te su također prikazani i rezultati hrapavosti površina. Ispitivanje otpornosti na erozijsko trošenje provedeno je određivanjem gubitka mase nakon 30 i 60 minuta trošenja u mlazu suhog pijeska. Trošene površine su analizirane svjetlosnom i skenirajućom elektronskom mikroskopijom. Ispitivanja su pokazala bolju erozijsku otpornost prevučenih uzoraka u odnosu na neprevučene s velikim utjecajem adhezivnosti i debljine prevlaka na rezultate ispitivanja.

Abstract

In this paper erosive wear of hard coatings, deposited on the high-alloyed tool steels for cold work K110 and K390 MC, is described. Hard coatings TiN/TiCN and TiN/TiBN were produced by the plasma-assisted chemical vapour deposition (PACVD). The tickness of the coatings is determined by the ball indentation test, adhesion of the coatings is tested by the Rockwell-C indentation test, and the results of the surface roughness are shown as well. Erosion resistance test were carried out, and the mass loss after 30, and 60 minutes of wear in the dry sand stream is determined. Worn surfaces were analysed by a light and scanning electron microscope. Tests showed higher erosion resistance of the coated samples in relation to non-coated samples, with high influence of the adhesion and coating thickness on the test results.
