Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu analizirana je struktura poprečnog kutijastog nosača okretnog podvozja tipa Y25, te je određen redoslijed montaže i zavarivanja dijelova. Konstruirane su potrebne naprave za kompletnu montažu poprečnog nosača (ukupno 3 naprave). Za napravu 1 proveden je kompletan proračun dijelova, te je izrađena kompletna radionička dokumentacija. Također, prikazan je detaljan postupak i način rada sa napravom 1, uz redoslijed slaganja i zavarivanja elemenata.

Abstract

In this thesis the structure of the cross-box-girder of bogie frame type Y25 was analyzed, and the order of assembly and welding the parts was determined. Required equipment for a complete installation of the cross carrier was designed (a total of 3 devices). For the device 1 full-scale calculation has been implemented, and complete workshop documentation was made. Also, detailed procedure and operation of the device 1 was shown with the order of assembly and welding the parts.
