Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog završnog rada je: „MAG CBT zavarivanje s trokomponentnim plinskim mješavinama“. Sastoji se od dva dijela, teoretskog i praktičnog. U teoretskom dijelu prikazan je MAG postupak zavarivanja s posebnim naglaskom na način prijenosa metala u električnom luku. Posebno je analiziran princip rada, podjela i izvor struje kod MAG CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) načina prijenosa metala. Opisani su zaštitni plinovi koji se koriste pri MAG zavarivanju, s naglaskom na argon, ugljikov dioksid i kisik te njihove mješavine. Nakon obrade teoretskog dijela, izveden je eksperimentalni rad. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisani su oprema, dodatni materijal i plinovi koji su bili korišteni. Osmišljen je plan pokusa kojim se mogu usporediti karakteristike električnog luka u CBT prijenosu uz primjenu trokomponentnih plinskih mješavina sastava 93 % Ar, 1 % O2, 6 % CO2 te 86 % Ar, 2 % O2, 12 % CO2 na 3 razine unosa topline te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.
Abstract
Topic of this final work is „MAG CBT welding with three-component gas mixtures“. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part MAG welding process is shown with special emphasis on the metal transfer in the arc. Working principle, classification and power source for MAG CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) method of metal transfer are specially analyzed. Shielding gases for MAG welding are described, especially Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen and their mixtures. After completion of the theoretical part, experimental part has been made. Equipment, additional materials and shielding gases are described in the experimental part. Experiment plan was made so we could compare the characteristics of the arc in the CBT transfer metal method using three-component gas mixture: 93 % Ar, 1 % O2, 6 % CO2 and 86 % Ar, 2 % O2, 12 % CO2 on 3 heat input levels. After the experiment was done, the analysis of results has been made.
