Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu analizirana su svojstva adhezivnosti i debljine prevlake TiN/TiCN dobivene postupkom PACVD (plazmom potpomognuto kemijsko taloženje iz parne faze) na alatnim čelicima za hladni rad K390MC i X155CrVMo12-1. Provedena su ispitivanja kalotestom za određivanje debljine prevlake i ispitivanje utiskivanjem indentorom prema normi VDI 3198. Iz rezultata ispitivanja utvrđena je ovisnost adhezivnosti prevlake TiN/TiCN o vrsti podloge i debljini prevlake.
Abstract
In this work, the properties of adhesion and thickness of TiN/TiCN coating were analyzed, obtained in PACVD (plasma assisted chemical vapour depostion) on cold work tool steels K390MC and X155CrVMo12-1. Test were carried with calotest for coating thickness determination and indentation test with indenter according to VDI 3198. From the results, the dependence of adhesive coating TiN/TiCN on the type of the substrate and the thickness of the coating was determined.
