Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu analizirana je toplinski opterećena konstrukcija. Uslijed toplinskog opterećenja javljaju se deformacije, naprezanja te pomaci promatrane konstrukcije. Varijacijom vrste opterećenja konstrukcije mijenjaju se raspodjele temperatura, deformacija, naprezanja te pomaka. Provedene toplinske analize verificirane su analitičkim putem te uspoređene s rezultatima dobivenima pomoću programskog paketa Abaqus. Provedene verifikacije su sljedeće: promjena temperaturnog polja, raspodjela temperature uslijed prijenosa topline konvekcijom te temperaturna raspodjela u elementu uslijed konduktivnog provođenja topline. U promjeni temperaturnog polja promatra se utjecaj jednolike promjene temperature cijelog štapa. U raspodjeli temperature uslijed konvekcije uz određene rubne uvjete posebno je dodana konvekcija po čvorovima štapa. Stoga se uz provođenje topline također javljaju i gubici konvektivnog prijelaza topline. U temperaturnoj raspodjeli u elementu uslijed provođenja topline kroz krutinu tj. kondukciji promatra se pad temperature. U konačnici, nakon verifikacije provedena je mehanička analiza konstrukcije sa spomenutim verificiranim toplinskim opterećenjima.

Abstract

In this paper, analysis of a thermal loaded construction is carried out. Due to thermal load, many effects occur in the construction, such as deformation, stress and displacement. By varying the type of load, layout of the temperatures, deformations, stresses and displacements are also changing. Carried out analyses are verified analytically and compared with results obtained through simulation program Abaqus. The analyses are as follows: change in a temperature field, temperature distribution due to heat exchange by convection and temperature distribution in an element itself due to conductive heat exchange. During the change of a temperature field, the effect of the truss uniform temperature change is observed. In a distribution of the temperature due to convection with certain boundary conditions, convection is also additionally added per each truss node. Therefore, in addition to conductive heat exchange, there are also convective heat exchange losses along the length of the truss. In a distribution of the temperature during conduction, temperature drop is observed. Finally, after verification, mechanical analysis of the construction is carried out with above mentioned verified thermal loads.
